I’m Spencer Papay, and I'm a product manager on the human data team at OpenAI, where I unlock novel model capabilities and improved reasoning through human feedback.Previously, I was a product manager at Scale, where I revamped how to use subject-matter experts to create training data for large language models.In another life, I was an investor at Citadel, covering semiconductors and hardware.I love just about anything that gets me outside - skiing, backpacking, and running - and I’m always looking for my next favorite restaurant in San Francisco.
